Upload CSV File

Import a full POS product export (columns: Product, SKU, Model, Category). First time / empty database: use Start over — replace all (wipes Catalog and rebuilds Inventory from this file — no POS-align delete/new rules). Upload CSV is for later updates (merge / align with existing Catalog).

Database looks empty — choose your POS file and click Start over — replace all.

Category Mapping

Uses your existing Google Sheet mappings (Apps Script backup). Click Import from Apps Script to copy them here, or Load Aliases to edit.

Items removed from Review are archived here. Use Find missing items to collect Catalog items that disappeared from Inventory — they stay here until you Recover them (not put back into Inventory automatically).

Repair Inventory

If items were moved to another category and disappeared from Inventory, they still exist on category sheets. Scan finds them; Restore adds them back to Inventory with the correct category (does not undo real deletes).

Click Scan to check for items on category sheets that are missing from Inventory.
